Attorney Mikhail Makarov and his wife, attorney Victoria Gulkova, were arrested for 15 days. The “Viasna” human rights defenders have found out that the lawyers were convicted by the court of the Frunzensky district of Minsk under Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code (“distribution of extremist materials”).
