Attorneys Makarov and Saganovich, who had defended political prisoners in the case of "Revolutionary Action", were detained. One of the detained attorneys is Mikhail Makarov, who defended Mikita Dranets.

Later, it became known that attorney Anastasia Saganovich was also detained.
It is reported that the detainees communicated personal data of employees of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption (GUBOPiK), the Investigative Committee, the Prosecutor's Office, and judges that had heard the "Revolutionary Action" criminal case to the “extremist” Telegram channel. (Article 407 of the Criminal Code).

Makarova and Saganovich are also charged under Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order).
